REFUND POLICY
(LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS)

“TALK-OUT SYSTEMS INC.” ONLY offers a TEN (10) day money back guarantee (“Money Back Guarantee”) from the date you pay for your First Service and/or Call Plan and/or Virtual Office. The Money Back Guarantee applies ONLY ONCE to the first-ordered Call Plan per account and/or First Virtual Office service, not to additional or secondary Call Plan(s) and/or secondary Virtual Office fee(s). The refund policy is NOT applicable on any additional service or Call Plan(s) paid and/or for any second or more Virtual Office(s) fixed cost or monthly rent. We will refund or credit the Service charge for the First Call Plan Service and/or First Virtual Office monthly fee as described above provided that:

1)The Money Back Guarantee period only applies to the first Call Plan ordered and/or First Virtual Office fixed and monthly fee on your account;

2)That YOU TERMINATE the service by logging online at www.talk-out.com and SUBMITTING the «Termination Request» FORM provided in your Account or Virtual Office by clicking on the «Service» link and then the «Termination» link, WITHIN the first TEN (10) days following the payment of the Service when you place your order (subscription) and paid for such service(s) ;

3)That you have not exceeded 60 minutes of usage.

THE TEN (10) DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ONLY APPLIES TO THE FIRST (60) SIXTY MINUTES OF USAGE. TALK-OUT WILL CHARGE A FOUR CENTS ($0.04) PER MINUTE FEE FOR ALL EXCEEDING MINUTES UP TO A MAXIMUM (excluding taxes if applicable) OF THE CALL PLAN COST.
YOU MUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ACCORDING TO OUR USER GUIDE ON HOW TO USE OUR SERVICE. TALK-OUT WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR REFUNDS OF CHARGES BILLED BY YOUR TELECOM PROVIDERS FOR THE MISUSE OF OUR SYSTEM AND SERVICES.
