DisclaimerDESCRIPTION OF SERVICE Description of the service: Talk-Out Systems Inc., offers Fixed Cost Long Distance service (also referred to as Service). This service gives the customer access to communicate with a person they wish to call (also referred to as third party) according to the Call Plan selected and where available. The service does not replace the call plan package the customer has with his cellular or mobile phone or local phone provider (also referred to as Provider). It is an add-on that will enable a customer to make unlimited Long Distance calls and get linked to the number he/she wishes to contact according to the call plan selected and where available. The Service is for retail use only. Please refer to the Terms of Use of Talk-Out Systems Inc., for specific details on the usage of such a system. The service provides unlimited outgoing Long Distance calls within specific geographical regions and according to the call plan chosen by the customer. Furthermore, if the customer is outside of his provider’s local coverage area, Roaming/Long Distance charges will be billed by his mobile or cellphone provider regardless of Talk-Out’s service or Call Plan. The service must be used as directed on the Talk-Out Systems Inc., website «www.talk-out.com» and according to Talk-Out's Terms of Use . The customer must: 1- Dial Talk-Out's local access number 2- Wait for the dial tone or the Virtual Assistant and follow instructions 3- Dial the phone number or speak the commands to the Virtual Assistant for the service to connect to the dialed number. (See our FAQ and Terms of Use for more details) RESPONSIBILITY It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility and usefulness before buying a Talk-Out service(s). Talk-Out Systems Inc., is not responsible for any misuse of it's services resulting in minutes or extra costs charged by the customer’s Provider. By activating the Call Plan(s) service with Talk-Out Systems Inc., the customer agrees to properly use the service and agrees that he is fully responsible for any misuse of the Service and any extra minutes or charges billed by the customer’s Provider. The use of the following services or numbers ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE and Talk-Out Systems Inc., will not be held responsible for refunds for such use of these numbers or services by Customer; PROVISION FOR 911, 411 AND 1(900) NUMBERS The use of the services or numbers above ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE and Talk-Out Systems Inc., will not be held responsible for refunds for such use of these numbers or services by Customer; These numbers are charged by your own provider and according to the call plan you have selected with your Provider. PAYMENT The bank account or credit card information provided when you subscribe will be used for recurrent monthly billing. By selecting this payment option and processing the order, the customer has agreed to pay the monthly Call Plan(s) service or Virtual Office(s) according to the account or cost of such service(s).
